Tradesmen Legal Expenses Insurance provides cover (up to £50,000) towards legal costs for a range of legal disputes that they could find themselves involved in. Cover includes:
- Tax protection
- Statutory licence protection
- Jury service allowance
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contract cover
- Health & Safety prosecutions (optional)
Cover of up to £25,000 for any one claim, excluding Contract cover which is limited to £10,000 per one claim. The maximum amount paid for all claims notified in the insurance period is £50,000.
